Gnocchi

I love to try new recipes and after my older brother (who is an incredible cook) told me
about making gnocchi, I just had to try.

You boil potatoes and then bake them to remove any moisture. You then grate or rice the potatoes and add a few other ingredients to form a soft dough.

You divide your dough into equal sections, rolling each section into ropes.

You cut your ropes into bit size pieces, boil them, and then toss in olive oil.... enjoy!
