Part of Brent's job, in the bus business, is to judge various bus rodeos. The particular rodeo was at OSU in Stillwater, Ok. The girls were his assistant judges.
Blair is measuring the back bumper of the bus, in order to not have any points docked, you have to come within 36 inches of the back cone.
